We are currently searching for a **Technology Change Management Officer**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Support global Change Management operations**, ensuring effective execution and compliance with established processes.
- ** Act as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking users and team members**, enabling smooth cross-language communication.
- ** Identify and resolve technical, customer, or operational issues**, escalating as needed.
- ** Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations** related to ITSM.
- ** Gather requirements, solve problems, and validate solutions** to meet operational standards.
- ** Provide input into the Enterprise Change Advisory Board**, supporting enterprise-wide impact assessments.
- ** Support process improvement and training initiatives**, including documentation and delivery.
- ** Deliver 1:1 user support**, including issue triage, tool guidance, and process assistance within ITSM platforms (especially ServiceNow).
- ** Promote risk awareness and compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and cultural values**.
- ** Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment** aligned with organizational principles.
**Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- ** 1-5+ years of experience using ServiceNow**, specifically in the **Change Management module**.
- ** Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, especially ITIL**.
- ** Working knowledge of technical standards** and experience mitigating deviations.
- ** Fluent English (B2 level or above)**.
- ** Location: Mexico City / Hybrid**.
**Desired**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance, AML/ATF, and risk controls.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.
