OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. - Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. - 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry. - 2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning. - 1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Pulls appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions and proactively communicates requisition-level hiring status and updates to hiring mangers; reviews personal data metrics to evaluate own role within the department's performance metrics. - Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to accomplish mutual goals (e.g., attract top talent, ensure legal compliance, align with business objectives, etc.). **Level of Responsibility**: - Works under supervision. - Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group. - Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc. - Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
