Join a team that delivers Accounts payable or Accounts receivable activities including review all received invoices, making sure they comply with tax law requirements, with legal requirements and with corporate authorization level requirements

**JOB DUTIES:
- Review all received invoices, making sure they comply with tax law requirements, with legal requirements and with corporate authorization level requirements
- Ensure that all invoiced materials have been received and posted to the correct orders and accounts
- Verifying that service invoices have the proper approval signatures and back up (P.O’s a/o payment requests.
- Entering all invoices on system (SAP) whether they should be matched with P.O. information, or if they are for services, and should be entered manually
- Keep Accounts Payable files updated to meet legal, Audit and internal requirements
- Ensure SLA’s are met
- Month end P2P KPI & Metrics
- Error Resolution Escalations
- Monitor and maintain Invoice resolution queues
- Follow up with procurement on aged items
- Provide support to procurement as needed
- Weekly analysis of any payment rejections
- Analysing all parked invoices work with key-stakeholders to resolve issues
- Any other ADhoc Accounts Payable tasks
- Driving continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure SOP’s are reviewed & updated Ensure all SOX key controls are adhered to

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2 - 3 years experience in Mexican Accounts Payable
- SAP knowledge
- Good computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes within the organisation
- Ability to distinguish priorities and to complete work within SLA
- Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work within a team

- Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of people mgmt
