**We’re Hiring Production Manager | Opportunity in USA with Work Visa Process Support**

We are seeking a Production Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry and an Engineering degree, capable of optimizing processes, achieving production goals, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production schedules: Develop, monitor, and adjust the production schedule to meet the production targets, ensuring coordination across departments.
- Safety and Quality inspections: Ensure the routine inspections of machines, forklifts, cranes, and work conditions. Execute quality checks and verify product dimensions, weights, and welds. Strictly follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
- Production and inventory management: Schedule and plan production activities. Manage raw material and finished product inventories. Generate and analyze production reports.
- Operations efficiency: Supervise and coordinate daily operations in key production areas to ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
- Training and Development: Lead training on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. Conduct safety and quality training. Oversee onboarding and continuous training to ensure staff are skilled and competent in their roles, providing feedback as needed.
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays, maintaining 100% of availaibility of production materials.
- Financial and costs management: Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring. Develop and adjust annual budgets, prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor and control costs. Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting, manage capital expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
- Continuous Improvement and problem solving: Lead problem-solving and risk analysis initiatives. Implement improvement projects and modify inventory strategies. Document and report unplanned production stoppages and update production plans.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on production, safety, maintenance, and performance to support management and decision-making aimed at achieving production goals.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to move accross the country
- Relocation Availability
- American VISA

**Education & Experience**:

- Must have 5 years in a management or leadership role in steel, mechanic, Automotive industry or similar.
- Must have 2 years in a management or leadership role with at least 15 people.
- Metallurgical, Electronichal, Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in software such as MS Office, SolidWorks
- English B2+ (upper/ intermmediate)
