We are an Automotive Electronics Company Looking for Your Talent to Join Our Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfill the production plan by establishing priorities and reviewing progress.
- Maintain the quality of the products adhering to the standards of the clients and ISO.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new projects and the execution of all manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in the Manufacturing area.
- Provide information on the status of production programs.
- Provide support and guidance to your work team in order to solve the problems that arise during the shift.
- Train department staff in roles and responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies.
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- Organizing relevant training sessions.
