**Requirements**:

- +5 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player.
- A degree in Business, Psychology, Administration, or similar field
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
