**INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**

**(Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua)**

**Position Summary**:The position aims to serve a portfolio of current Clients, as well as support with the attraction of International Clients that naturally work with Foreign Banks.

This Manager must have the ability to serve all types of Clients, from SME's to Corporate, identifying banking needs in order to make an appropriate product cross over.

Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your position, in which you will be responsible for:

- Servicing existing Clients to maximize portfolio profitability
- Generate new leads throughout the region with cash management and credit potential
- Develop relationships with chambers of commerce, foreign investment officers in the states, as well as key legal and accounting firms in the region
- Develop excellent relationship with internal areas for the correct servicing of Clients
- Constant search for product crossover

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related
- **English proficiency is fundamental, needed to speak all the time; third language is a plus**
- Availability to travel
- Proactive, with a taste for sales and good at working under stress
- Excellent follow-up and work structure
- Analytical skills
- Previous banking experience in commercial areas
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
