This role is central to Viasat Mexico’s success by supporting, managing, accelerating facilitating, and implementing our ever-growing number of marketing initiatives.- Responsible for running the development of all our marketing initiatives, launches, campaign process, timelines, and workflow.
- Write and present project briefs outlining the scope of the project to both management and project teams.
- Develop project outlines, roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting to implement target dates.
- Ensure requirements and internal processes are completed accordingly.
- Evaluate and optimize current workflows and processes to deliver optimum results and drive efficiencies within the company.
- Move quickly and collaboratively to drive impact while balancing multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully: on time, within budget, and accomplishing the stated business objective.
- Report on key projects and associated results in a clear, concise manner to all levels of the organization.
- Think strategically, and creatively, with the customer at top of mind to make recommendations regarding the execution of strategies and potential solutions.
- Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to influence and leverage partnerships.
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences within various levels of the organization.
- Strategic and analytical problem solver who can collect and analyze data to make process and business decisions and recommendations.
- Advanced verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish for business
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 10% travel
- Preferences- Master's degree
- PMI-PMP Certification is a plus.
