Director, Network and Systems Infrastructure

Guadalajara, JAL, Mexico

**Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and maintain strategic plans for RAC infrastructure and systems to ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and communicate RAC Network Systems and Infrastructure Strategy and Policies.
- Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms.
- Plan and direct the installation, maintenance, and support of all network components, including switches, routers, firewalls, telecommunications and other networking equipment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for system use and backup/recovery.
- Develop and maintain documentation of network and system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Identify new technologies and develop business case for successful deployment across RAC Infrastructure and Systems.

**Years of experience**:

- 5+ years in senior leadership position
- 12+ years of overall professional experience.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale networks
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
