**Type of contract**: Permanent Employment

**Schedule**: Normal business hours Monday to Friday, 5 x 2 days.

**Main activities**:
Prompt, timely customs clearance and mandatory certification of goods for the Operator´s production needs, within framework of the current legislation.

All goods (imports and exports) for the Operator´s production needs timely customs cleared.

Contractors´ obligations to Operator fulfilled in accordance with provisions of contracts.

The required services provided by the contractors achieved.

Current payments for custom clearance services have been successfully posted.

Number of freight-forwarding contracts for administration - 2 per year.

Number of export/import customs operations 20-30 per year.

Number of contracts agreed in the ESDO System 50-100 year.

Preparation of reports in the direction of activity.

Reports were generated and submitted in timely manner.

Carries out work on prompt, timely customs clearance (import and export) and mandatory certification of goods for the Operator´s production needs, within the framework of the current legislation.

Prepares letters and appeals to the customs authorities for obtaining permits, clarifications, etc. on issues of its competence.

Provides consulting assistance to employees involved in the purchase of equipment and materials.

Checking shipping documents for compliance with contract in terms of characteristics and description of goods, quantity, HS code, determine the need for goods certification.

Participate in customs clearance budgeting.

Among other activities.

**Education**:University Degree in Economics/Accounting

**Required Experience**: 3 years experience in customs clearance in Mexico, 1 year with international companies.

**English**: Intermediate/Advanced
