We are currently hiring on behalf of a global leading 3PL Shipping solution provider which is going through rapid growth in North America.**Job Descriptions**1. Manage shipping, warehousing and custom clearance requirements from key accounts in Mexico.2. Coordinating and liaising with all internal apartments ensuring a smooth delivery of services.3. Assessing the shipping industry of Mexico and setting up new solutions tailored to the need of the constant evolving market.4. Take ownership of team’s day to day operations, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance assessment and discipline.**Job Requirements**1. Bachelor's degree in International Trading or Logistics highly preferred (may consider College Diploma if possess extensive relevant commercial experience)2. A minimum of 5 years professional experience in international shipping, freight forwarding and custom clearance in Mexico.3. Experience managing a team, plus a solid track record in handling the operational tasks of a logistics/Shipping business.4. Fluent in English.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 06600, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How soon could you start a new job if offered?**Experience**:- Shipping/Logistics: 5 years (required)- Team Management: 2 years (required)**Language**:- fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
