How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
- Perform engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
- Support production during process/equipment start-ups, defining action plans and training.
- Contribute to Operations Daily Management Meetings and solve key issues.
- Evaluate and implement new process technologies for cost reduction and productivity.
- Lead testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.
- Define and execute Capital Expenditure (Capex) initiatives.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Visa authorization for travel to the United States.
- Prefer lean manufacturing training and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred, but not required.
