Sr. Analyst

Overview:
A quality analyst evaluates loan products, lending systems, and other programs to ensure communication and documentation are free of defects and meet the quality standards of the organization.
- Analyze quality reporting trends & behaviors and share findings with Operations
- Review QA weekly/monthly results with Operations, Compliance & Training
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
- Communicate changes in QA policies and procedures
- Analyze trends & behaviors to create action plans for process enhancements
- Work with remote teams and vendors
- Follow established review processes and internal controls
- Update trackers/reports as necessary to review results on policies, procedures, and regulations

**Responsibilities**:
A QA Analyst is responsible to review customer and loan information for accuracy and facilitate calibration meetings and weekly coaching sessions with team members and supervisors. This includes scheduling meetings to follow-up on required documentation and ensure all lines of business meet the established deadlines.
- Provide feedback and an appropriate coaching to all call center supervisor/agents.
- Help and support all operation supervisor/agents to work in their opportunity areas
- Provide continuous training on all new procedures & top call drivers
- Communicate effectively with all operational areas when new procedures and policies are implemented

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal & written in Spanish and English
- Planning and organizational skills
- Intermediate level of experience in providing feedback internally
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to expert experience in quality inspection, auditing, or testing preferred
- Must be able to work during core business hours a full-time schedule
- Must be able to help all personnel develop their skills
- Intermediate level of experience and ability in Consumer Lending
