**Purpose and Scope**

This position is directly accountable for creating a long-term competitive advantage through the development and management of a supply base that provides quality products/services that meet/exceed expectation to help advance the business with lowest total cost.

**Responsibilities**
- Regional supplier development to support global Commodity Sourcing Strategies.
- Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong internal customer and external supplier relationships to advance long term valued added supplier partners.
- Supplier performance management.
- Total cost of ownership reduction in areas of cost, inventory, quality, service, and innovation.
- Execute sourcing events including issuing RFQ, analyzing data from proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and preparing NDAs.
- Develop and finalize supply agreement and service level agreements in accordance with business, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive resolution of SAP transactional issues related to purchase to pay process between plant/purchasing and supplier.

**Education / Experience**

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business, Engineering or Manufacturing with 5+ years’ experience in related field.
