**The Sr. IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, security, and continuity of the organization’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and critical business systems.**

- Collaboration with Other Departments

**Academic Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- **Work Experience**_
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second-level (N2) support.
- Experience with operating systems and administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN concepts.
- Knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans.
- Basic knowledge of managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service contracts.

**Technical Skills**:

- User support and troubleshooting.
- Project management.

**Soft Skills**:

- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and continuous learning.

**Languages**:

- Advanced English, both written and spoken (essential).

Certification or diploma as a Network Administrator (desirable).

Knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft) and Cybersecurity.
