**Imports - Exports Analyst CP**

**Your Tasks & Responsabilities**:
1. Support, coordinate and follow up on imports and exports in time, for Mexico: - Execution support of Shipping Calendar for LAN (import / export), according to the commercial team needs. And support operations in Colombia -Work together with Bayer internal users to coordinate the timely delivery of imported /exported materials. Proactively, maintain relationships with these users, through the network of Bayer USA, ARG, BRA, Mexico, Central America and Venezuela, participate in meetings giving follow-up and knowledge in support of operations. -Comply with legal, logistic and internal policy requirements

2- Ensure that all product flow and operations comply with the documentary and legal requirements that cover each import and export, and that the documents are available to ensure compliance: - Follow-up on procedures associated with compliance with Compliance Policies, maintaining close contact with the GT supervisor and with focal point FTO on LAN -Verification of documents prior to departure of the shipment (Green Light process)

3. Monitor and evaluate the service and operation of customs agents and Freight Forwarders according to the internal control processes of FCPA, CCP's and government compliance, to ensure efficient operation Initiative and proactivity to propose the necessary changes according to the needs required by the business; Keep the focus on continuous improvement. Preparation and verification of Work Instructions by process. Information update and conservation with electronic support. KPI’s monitoring of the area, and definition of action plans in case of deviations. Perform operation manuals

4. Coordinatewith logistics and planning teams the timely deliver of the imported products along with the global trade areas in other countries -Monitoring and support to the distribution center for the delivery of imported material, and support in monitoring the collection of the material to be exported

5. Work with transactions in SAP to support import and export operations, monitor and deliver to accounts payable and other areas the documentation required for the payment process tosuppliers (Brokers and transport suppliers) - Timely monitoring of supplier invoicing, for the fulfillment of credit time, ensuring continuous operation.

**Who You Are**:
Qualifications: -Required level of studies: Bachelor degree -Study areas: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or similar
- Work Experience Needed: 2-5 years in Global Trade
- Areas of experience: Imports and Exports
- English language management: Advanced spoken, writting and reading
- Experience in people management (Indirect management)
