Exports Analyst North America Supply Chain – Export Operations – Position is full‑time and located in Planta Cuernavaca, México. Candidate must have legal right to work in México. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Job Purpose – This role exists to ensure operational excellence in export processes that enable our brands to thrive across North America. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters – for people and the planet. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute export operations from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards. Manage documentation for export processes (invoices, certificates, permits) in line with customs and trade regulations. Monitor logistics flows and proactively resolve issues to guarantee on‑time delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (production, warehouse, procurement) and external partners to ensure seamless operations. Track and analyze KPIs related to transit times, costs, and supplier performance. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks. Ensure compliance with NAFTA/USMCA and other regional trade agreements. Support audits and maintain accurate records for regulatory purposes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or international logistics. Advanced English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. Analytical skills for continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Information Work location: Office‑based role at Cuernavaca Plant. No relocation support provided. Must have legal right to work in México.
