**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- SM Certification a plus
- Tech background
- Senior level
- Very strong communication
- Problem Solver, remove blockers
- Does not require mentoring (self-guided)
- Familiar with product-led journey development agile approach
- Product work based on metrics
- e.g. how much money saved by introducing new features, effort reduced by deliverables, orders being processe
