**Your Tasks**:
- **Strategy**
Participating in the development of the overall regional/ MU strategy.
- **Controlling**
Leading all regional planning, forecasting, and reporting processes together with the Financial Managers of the affiliates in the dedicated region/ MU.
- **Accounting / Tax**
Negotiating setup and operations of regional shared service center to ensure alignment with global and legal standards.
- **Counselling**
Ensuring usage of business consulting tools and supporting Regional Board Member/ MU Head in financial and tax issues and offering adequate solutions.
- **Treasury**
Collaborate with SSC to guarantees proper planning and monitoring of incoming and outgoing cash flows; secures the proper cash position of the company and manages liquid funds efficiently.
- **Leadership**
Guiding, motivating and developing the subordinated staff.
- **MU scope**
Directly responsible for 3 BPUs in Mexico and oversees CAM via the CAM Finance Manager.
**Your Profile**:
- University degree
- 12 years experience in Finance and Controlling
- International experienceLeadership of teams

As Finance Director fo CAMEX, you'll have as purpose ensuring transparent financial management of the MU/ Country organizations in the dedicated region based on the required internal and external standards, regulations and guidelines. Continue developing a best-in-class future-ready finance organization, co-piloting to deliver sustainable profitable growth.
