**Position**:
HR Associate - Solutions Center - Bilingual (English /Spanish)
This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days from home but onboarding and training will require more time in the office.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as appropriate.
- Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
- Continuously create and define process improve
**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
