**Inventory Control Manager**

**Monterrey, Mexico**

The Inventory Control Manager will use tools and operational methodologies to craft, evaluate, recommend, and execute inventory changes and enhancements. Ensure product availability and proper inventory balance across multiple facilities. Interpret and communicates inventory data to drive business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze inventory data to make decisions about fulfillment, replenishment, inventory on hand, productivity, transfer activity, and aged inventory reduction for high volume priority and complex categories in order to achieve inventory and turn targets.
- Monitor exception reports and daily analytics for all inventory business metrics. Manage parameters for each category, executes replenishment strategies, and takes appropriation actions to prevent stock outs, minimize weeks of supply, and expedite delivery to fill potential backorders.
- Participate in onboarding and mentoring new associates. Perform check-ins and determines readiness and training needs.
- Partner with Demand Planning to align forecasts with business objectives. Analyze and communicates impacts of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with various departments to incorporate the onboarding of new products, retirement of old products, customer-specific inventory requirements, regulatory changes, and promotions. Lead small teams in periodic special projects that require analytics and strategy.
- Partner with suppliers to address on-time and in-full metrics, lead times, damaged in transit issues, and supplier returns. Collaborate with suppliers to align on future inventory requirements.
- Develop inventory reporting across key areas. Monitor output and drives continuous improvement.
