**Job Title**
Manager, Inventory Finance

**Position Purpose**
Responsible for accuracy and control of inventories for Autozone and ZoneCompra. Analyze Shrink results for stores and DC's, proper communication to Directors and VP's about final results. Responsible to have all JE's, allocations and necessary entries into GL. Preparation of Inventory Plan, LRP & LE with Replenishment, Merch Analysis and Finance Controlers support. Coordination of biweekly meetings with Shrink Committee and once a month with Inventory Plan Committee. Review and communicate Merch Val calculation to FPA.

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Accuracy and control of Inventories for Autozone and ZoneCompra. Participation and testing in physical inventories. Validation of comments on financial statements from Supervisor.
- Participate in accounting projects and improvement projects for processes automations & any other company requirements to propose process changes for improvements as needed.
- Inventory Plan & Forecast, LRP & LE's definition & reviewal with other areas (Supply Chain, Inventory optimization, etc.).
- Ensure all JE's, allocations and necessary entries are register into GL. Recons' Review & Approval.
- Review and communicate Merch Val calculation. Work together with Merch BP for follow-up with Merch Directors.
- Review and support on requirements from other areas.

**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Accounting
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Preferably on Costs & Inventories, Audit experience
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Analytic, organized, excel experienced, English fluent (read, written, and spoken), proactive.
