We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Sr. Graphic Designer**team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, Tamarindos office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**Sr. Graphic Designer**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conceptualizing and delivering high impact creative outputs within the company’s visual brand identity guidelines.
- Designing and producing marketing collateral, advertisements/sponsorships, communications assets, and branded experiential events in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.
- Working within a project management system and briefing process to understand project requirements and manage workflows efficiently.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant outputs.
- Following emerging design trends, techniques, and tools.
- Developing and maintaining templates to enable others to produce materials that fit our brand guidelines.
- ** What you need to have**:

- BA in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job positions
- Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

**Skills that will make you stand out**:

- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
- Bonus points for, but not required: experience with Adobe Workfront, After Effects, Premiere
