**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for executives.
- Support operational tasks, including process improvements and workflow optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
