Our Global Graduate Program is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who want to fast-track their career globally.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

Depending on role assignment, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Support the development of strategic objectives and implementation of key marketing initiatives.
- Challenge existing processes and deliver continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and analyze data to understand current status and inspire change.
- Be a champion of change
- Achieve KPI (key performance indicator) metrics.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience?
- Are you familiar with Customer service requirements?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**:

- Have a university degree in: Economy, International Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar
- Have no more than 2 years of work experience
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, agile learner
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
- High performance academic track record
- Be a team player with drive and ambition, & an inspiring and engaging individual
- Strong analytical skills with a view towards future trends and data analytics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong eye for business and a strategic approach
- Intellectual curiosity and ambition
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
