Our HR Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional Commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Human Resources departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.****Your key responsibilities will include**:- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team- Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.- Drive Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyze HR KPIs to support continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR strategies while being open to national and international travel, including stays of up to 1-3 weeks.- End Market implementation of the Global Learning & Development agenda:- Develops, delivers and facilitates innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands.- Evaluates all learning and development activities.
