We are iring for a Bilingual Collections representative who will receive incoming and make outbound calls to clients and customers in arrears to discuss payment options.
**Responsabilities**:
Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times
Achieve set collection targets and call quality objectives.
Advise and influence clients customers on the payment options for debt recovery.
Handle each call in the correct manner, updating records accordingly.
Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are processed correctly and all parties are notified.
Explain the terms of lease, sale and credit contract as appropriate.
**MUST**:
have 1 year of experience in collections (call center)
Advanced English level
Shift: MondayTo Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm or 7:30 am to 4:30pm
Weekends Off
Monthly Gross salary:23,000 mxn + mexican legal benefits
On Site Job in Chihuahua, Chih.
