We are currently **seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist whose years of experience in vendor operations, inventory management, and product development processes will improve relationships and sales for our customers and partnerships in our already expanding brand.** Fueled by the desire to grow and develop skills, this individual will have the potential to become the Wholesale Manager at TopFoxx attained through strong accountability, high standards, and merits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management (35%)**
- Communicate with our factories to receive updates on production, confirm materials and timeline for our products, with a sense of urgency and stressing a strict timeline.
- Communicate with vendors to give feedback and insights on designs, receive updates on production and negotiate pricing to ensure high ROI, stellar quality and adherence to all deadlines.
- Negotiate with our suppliers for best pricing on materials and final products, focusing on getting the best possible price, every time.
- Communicate issues and concerns with our fulfillment centers, requesting explanation, offering suggestions and ensuring issues are not recurring.
- Negotiate for refunds, discounts and other financials with our suppliers to compensate for issues or mistakes.

**B2C & B2B Inventory & Logistics Management (35%)**
- CRM and Inventory Management (Barcoding, product pages, Invoices, etc.)
- Generate advance shipment notices (ASN) for our 3PL and tracking shipments through arrival.
- Warehouse inventory management, including calculating projections for restocking products so we are never out of stock.
- Communicate with shipping carriers to receive updates on shipments and resolve problems that may arise in transit to eliminate delays.
- Provide continuance to any shipments sent to B2B customers and communicate with team members.
- Act as liaison between Vendors and the Product Development team, Wholesale Department, and Customer Service team.

**Additional Third Party Management (10%)**
- Communicate with third-party software vendors on updates to our system, their system and any issues we are having.
- Negotiate for refunds, discounts and other financials with our suppliers to compensate for issues or mistakes.
- Communicate and negotiate with other outside vendors on updates, issues, and rates, ensuring we are always getting the best possible rates.

**Research & Strategy (10%)**
- Research new and best fulfillment centers for our growing company, based on previous customer reviews, comparing each vendor option with other viable options.
- Research new and best factories and suppliers for our growing product line, to ensure we have quality products, best rates, and quick/efficient turnaround times.
- Research negotiation skills and best rates for our fashion/e-commerce industry, to ensure you are always communicating and negotiating with current market trends and tactics in mind.
- Researching materials for production based on pricing and sustainability methods.
- Strategize unique and strong solutions to our customer service issues, regarding third-parties so we can retain customers and have quality relationships with our customers.

**Leadership & Management (10%)**
- Communicate all issues, resolutions and updates from third-party vendors with our team and relevant team members.
- Offer suggestions for issues that arise with vendors and communicate those to both our team and the vendors themselves; must be able to follow-up that these solutions are taking place and effectively increasing our ROI..
- Whether you are leading a department, overseeing others, or none of the above, the ability to take the lead on your projects is essential to working here.
- Leading constructive solution research for problems that arise; Try to find a solution first, then share those findings with the team.
