Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**:E-Learning Manager - Branding & Digital Content.**

Buscamos un(a) Senior E-Learning Manager con enfoque en contenido de branding y comunicación de marca, proveniente del mundo del marketing. Esta posición será clave para liderar el diseño y ejecución de experiências de aprendizaje digital que refuercen la identidad de marca, alineen a equipos internos y fortalezcan la cultura corporativa a través de recursos educativos digitales innovadores.

**Experiência**:

- 8+ años de experiência en e-learning, contenido educativo o formación corporativa digital.
- Experiência comprobada en áreas de marketing, branding o comunicación.
- Conocimiento de herramientas como Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Genially, H5P o similares.
- Dominio de metodologías instruccionales y experiência con LMS.
- Habilidad para convertir mensajes estratégicos de marca en contenidos pedagógicos visuales e inspiradores.
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y visión creativa.
- Excelente redacción, storytelling y pensamiento estructurado.

**Must to have**:

- Conocimiento de SCORM/xAPI y accesibilidad en contenidos digitales.
- Experiência con gamificación o learning journeys.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Background en agencias, branding o transformación cultural.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar y liderar estrategias de aprendizaje digital centradas en identidad de marca, storytelling, tono de voz y guidelines visuales.
- Transformar contenidos de marketing, branding y comunicación en experiências interactivas y pedagógicas (videos, módulos e-learning, quizzes, microlearning).
- Coordinar la producción de cursos digitales con diseñadores instruccionales, creativos, UX writers y desarrolladores.
- Supervisar el diseño instruccional, guiones y narrativa de experiências de capacitación interna o externa.
- Asegurar la consistencia del mensaje de marca en todos los materiales de formación.
- Gestionar la implementación y optimización de los contenidos en plataformas LMS (Moodle, Canvas, etc.).
- Evaluar el impacto de los contenidos formativos mediante KPIs (completitud, engagement, retención del contenido, feedback).

**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)
