**Supply Support Analyst**
We are hiring a
- **Supply Support Analyst **who will bean advocate for our Steelcase suppliers and help solve complex issues and day-to-day disruptions that can occur.
**What you will be doing**:
This position involves being the Level 1 support for our supply base and our business transformation team. You will be the go-to person for them to ask questions, request access, highlight issues, and to report process failures to. You will often partner with IT, Finance, and Logistics groups as you escalate and collaborate on issues. You will interact with suppliers all over the world, and occasionally Steelcase Supply Chain Leads and Material Planners. In addition to creating and improving documentation to help users and partners be successful you will have the opportunity to create impactful reporting and visualizations that will help inform business decisions.
**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Operations, or related field
- Strong technical background related to business systems, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics
- English language proficiency: native or fluent
- SAP experience with purchase orders, shipping, receiving, invoicing
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experience troubleshooting. Identifying, isolating, and resolving issues in a timely and concise manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- A strong customer service orientation for both internal and external users
- Sense of urgency
- Curiosity and ability to solve problems and learn new things / systems
- Ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems in a clear and simple way
