**Support Analyst**

Scope: Full-time | Office: Mexico

Your challenges within the role will be:

- Provide a quality service that provides users with timely and effective solutions to their requests.
- Manage and resolve incidents and requests from the different areas of the operation.
- Timely escalate complex situations, according to defined channels

What we need to see from you:

**Profile**: Technician or Technologist in Systems and/or related careers, with a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience, capable of providing level 1-2-3 support services to internal and external users
