Leasing Operations Intern

Leasing Intern will be responsible to support both terminations and annual tax payment activities, specially by reviewing the operational documentation to develop reports and processes’ optimization. This role requires a customer centered approach and integration with vendors and other departments to provide the best service, while implementing changes quickly.
Leasing Operations department is responsible for managing our Leasing Portfolio and supporting our customers through their contract life cycle, making sure they have a great experience and come back to get a new Lease contract with GMF.
This position will rotate within the Leasing Operations department, allowing the student to learn new things in a fast paced environment and bringing a great learning and growth opportunity.
- Provide support to Customers during the life of a Leasing contract and Leasing Operation.- Validation of operational documentation and policies as a governance strategy.- Manage external vendors that provide service to GMF and our customers.
- Support the end of term process to make it easy and quick for customers to purchase the vehicle.
- Governance file to ensure recurrent reports are shared timely.
- On-going bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, actuarial, administration, finance, economics or related
- Intermediate English level
- Strong follow-up skills
- Highly responsible and detail Oriented
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skill
