SR. QUALITY ENGINNER

**Experiência**:
5+ años en implementación y mantenimiento de los procesos de Calidad, así como experiência en el monitoreo de indicadores de manufactura, seguimiento y medición del desempeño de la calidad en áreas productivas, verificación de acciones correctivas en piso como resultado de quejas de cliente y /o auditorías internas y externas.

**Educación**:Ingeniero Mecánico, Industrial o afín preferentemente relacionado con la Industria Metalmecánica (TITULADO)

Disponibilidad para viajar. VISA y Pasaporte (deseable)

Ingles Conversacional NO NEGOCIABLE, Chino PLUS

**Conocimientos**:
En la norma ISO 9000 y/o IATF 16949, Desarrollo de nuevos productos (APQP / Core Tools), Extrusion de Plástico y/o aluminio, técnicas estadísticas, análisis y solución de problemas, auditorias al proceso y sistema. Green Belt (deseable)

**Responsabilidades**:
A. Administrar la calidad del, proceso y clientes internos y externos.

B. Participar en las auditorias de tercera parte de sistema o proceso (clientes o certificación)

C. Asegurar el cierre de las no conformidades reportadas por el cliente y las emitidas por auditorias al SGC internas y externas que se encuentren bajo su responsabilidad.

D. Dar seguimiento y soporte a los técnicos de calidad.

E. Colaborar con extrusión para reducir los índices de scrap reportados por fallas internas en el proceso

F. Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de APQP para el desarrollo exitoso de un nuevo producto o cliente, asignando los recursos para asegurar la calidad del producto durante todas las etapas de los proyectos

G. Coordinar las juntas de acciones correctivas / preventivas derivadas de problemas internos y externos relacionados con el sistema de calidad. Tomando el liderazgo en la elaboración de las acciones de contención como ejemplo: alerta de calidad, revisión de material en tránsito, inventarios (local / cliente / PHARR), poner material en hold (si aplica)

H. Difundir activamente la mejora continua en los procesos mediante la aplicación efectiva de auditorías de proceso (LPA’s), generar acciones, promover su cierre y comunicar a toda la organización los resultados.

I. Seguimiento directo y proactivo con los clientes (internos y externos) en caso de tener alguna queja o notificación.

J. Dar cumplimiento a actividades periódicas que se le asignen

K. Llevar entradas y salidas de materiales en cuarentena.

L. Cumplir con la Política, Objetivos de Calidad, seguridad y el reglamento interior de trabajo
