Responsible for preparing import/export documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with current laws.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
As an Asistente de Importaciones y Exportaciones, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Compiling Import Invoices for raw materials, Sending Out Invoices for finished products, and Processing Return Material Invoices.
- Preparing Export Invoices for scrap materials.
- Coordinating shipments with customs agencies and internal clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Collaborating with various departments to determine the best logístical solutions.
- Addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

University degree or equivalent in foreign trade or related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position
Experience in a maquiladora environment preferred
Languages: English desirable
Knowledge: Inventory control system management.
Nafta.
Customs Law
Coordination with customs agencies
Proficiency in handling import/export documentation for raw materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, virtual goods, finished products, material and equipment returns, changes in regimes, scrap items, etc.
