Responsible for preparing import/export documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with current laws.**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:As an Asistente de Importaciones y Exportaciones, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export activities. Your key responsibilities will include:- Compiling Import Invoices for raw materials, Sending Out Invoices for finished products, and Processing Return Material Invoices.- Preparing Export Invoices for scrap materials.- Coordinating shipments with customs agencies and internal clients.- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.- Collaborating with various departments to determine the best logístical solutions.- Addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process.- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions.**Who You Are**:- You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. _- You remain energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. _- You use milestones to diligently track and manage the progress of the work. _- You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. _- You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.**For This Role, You Will Need**:University degree or equivalent in foreign trade or related fieldExperience: 1 to 2 years in a similar positionExperience in a maquiladora environment preferredLanguages: English desirableKnowledge: Inventory control system management.Nafta.Customs LawCoordination with customs agenciesProficiency in handling import/export documentation for raw materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, virtual goods, finished products, material and equipment returns, changes in regimes, scrap items, etc.**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:Skill in using Excel**Our Culture & Commitment to You**:At Emerson, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
