We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual ideas and strategies. **_ Schedules: Mornings: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Evenings: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am_** **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules. - Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes. - Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs. - Resolve any logístical issues that may arise during transit. - Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures **Requirements**: - Intermediate english is a must - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. - Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions. **Benefits** - International training - Life insurance - Savings fund - Healthcare Benefit Package - Food coupons - Career growth - High competitive salary - Performance-based bonus and Christmas bonus. - Christmas Loyalty Bonus - We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
