We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual ideas and strategies.**_ Schedules: Mornings: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Evenings: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am_****Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.- Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise.- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.- Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs.- Resolve any logístical issues that may arise during transit.- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures**Requirements**:- Intermediate english is a must- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.**Benefits**- International training- Life insurance- Savings fund- Healthcare Benefit Package- Food coupons- Career growth- High competitive salary- Christmas bonus.- Christmas Loyalty Bonus- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
