**HR Business Partner (HRBP)**

**Ubicación**: Rotación entre dos sedes, con visitas frecuentes a Atlixco.
**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., con dos sábados al mes laborales.

**Descripción del puesto**:
Buscamos un HR Business Partner (HRBP) dinámico y proactivo, responsable de gestionar y apoyar funciones estratégicas y administrativas de Recursos Humanos en una organización con dos sedes y tres marcas. Este puesto incluye la gestión de hasta 100 personas en periodos de alta demanda, requiriendo habilidades avanzadas en psicología organizacional, administración de personal y desarrollo organizacional.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Gestión Administrativa y Operativa**:

- Supervisar nómina, accesos, IMSS y contratos, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.
- Gestionar el proceso de pre-nómina, altas, bajas, y coordinar actividades operativas.
- Mantener en orden aspectos administrativos de Recursos Humanos
- Desarrollo Organizacional
- Representación y Liderazgo
- Capacitación y Comunicación
- Cumplimiento y Normatividad

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Recursos Humanos o afines.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo 1.5 años en puestos similares, con experiência en cadenas de mando y desarrollo organizacional.
- **Habilidades**:

- Comunicación efectiva.
- Aplicación de psicometría y desarrollo de perfiles.
- Conocimiento en NOM-035 y procesos de cambio.
- Resolución de conflictos y adaptación a entornos cambiantes.
- Conocimiento de la LFT y procesos de prenómina.
