Right now we are looking for a **Recruitment Sourcer** to join our team at Globant

**You will get the chance to**:

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
- Prepare progress reports and sourcing metrics

**What will help you succeed**:

- Minimum of 1 year as a Sourcer or in a related recruitment role.
- Advanced English (mandatory for communication with your team, as you will be working for a team in USA)
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience sourcing for the tech industry or IT roles.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
