**Requirements**:

- BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in MRO
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
- English Level: Advanced
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (spreadsheet management, creating graphs and using advanced formulas)
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of purchasing systems.
- Directs procurement and purchasing operations and strategies to provide materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.
- Preparation of cost estimates and budget management.
- Direct operations from planning to execution respecting company standards and policies.
- Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
