Travel across the US/Mexico border is required for this position.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and guide the procurement team in Mexico.- Lead price and term negotiations for all suppliers.- Maintain and manage new and current supplier relationships.- Contribute to the procurement process for all tooling equipment and MRO purchasing.**Education and Ideal Experience**- Experience in Electrical Household Appliances, Medical Instruments, E.V. is preferred- Strong sourcing experience and price bargaining, supplier development and management.- Familiar with electronic MRO procurement- Good cost analysis and cost reduction skills- Must have the ability to think logically, language expression, strong negotiation skills and good English reading and writing.**Work Environment and Physical Demands**- The factory has both office area and shop floor area. The noise level in the office area is generally quiet.
