**Job Summary**

**Description**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Recommendation of staffing plans and estimation of costs
- Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers
- Driving development of test strategies and test plans with input from test team members, including vendor-based resources, and executing test execution
- Onshore and Offshore resource coordination and collaboration
- Defect Management approach and execution, including logging and reporting of defects and adherence to Defect Management by all project / scrum team members (including those outside of test team)
- Remove impediments faced by project team members, utilizing agile methodology tools where applicable (e.g., scrum of scrum, retrospectives, etc.)
- Recommend scope of work for automation testing and ensure plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts while coordinating with Test Automation strategy leaders
- As needed, perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirements
- Developing, maintaining, and excecuting SQL queries to test movement of data across source and target systems
- Validation of data across source and target systems using ETL tools and framework

**Required Experience**:

- Four + years of experience in Functional testing in data warehousing environments (creating test plans/test cases/test data strategy)
- Four + years of experience with project and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Application Management Lifecycle (ALM), Azure DevOps, PICT, etc.)
- Three + years of experience in Extract, Transformation, and Load (ETL) testing, including data validation across source and target systems
- Three + years of experience with database testing / data wareshouse testing, including data comparison and validation using SQL queries
- Three + years of experience with agile project delivery methodology (i.e., scrum)
- Experience leading test automation strategy within projects
- Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., insurance, banking, investing, credit card processing, etc.)

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., ADAPT, Robot, SpecFlow)
- Experience with ETL / data automation tools, including scripting (e.g., Python, Java)
