Team Overview:
DiDi is building new businesses to continue to add value to our users. We are excited to be launching new services in Mexico and Latin America and the Strategy and Planning Analyst will be part of a team that will be responsible for launching, managing and exploring new business lines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Use data and market insights to define the main business levers.
- Build data sets for the operations team to use on a daily basis
- Prioritize ops tasks and jobs to be done.
- Coordinate meetings across different teams to communicate main project strategies.
- Define the best service rules and ways to achieve them.
- Map and track OKRs across the operations business.
Role Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years in retailing, consulting, tech and/or banking.
- Hands on approach.
- Experience in managing large data sets.
- Mission driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong team collaboration experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
