We are excited to be launching new services in Mexico and Latin America and the Strategy and Planning Lead is a key role to the team who will be responsible for launching, managing and exploring new business lines.Role Responsibilities:- Aid the Ops Director and leadership defining the main stages for development at this new project at DiDi.- Lead and build the process for budget distribution and strategy.- Use data and market insights to define the main business levers.- Prioritize ops tasks and jobs to be done.- Coordinate meetings across different teams to communicate main project strategies.- Define the best service rules and ways to achieve them.- Map and track OKRs across the operations business.Role Qualifications:- 6 to 10 years in retailing, consulting, tech and/or banking.- Hands on approach.- Experience in managing multicultural teams.- Experience in data-driven decision making.- Mission driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.- Strong team collaboration experience.- Especially interesting experience in building new teams and ways of working.- Structured thinking.
