The Quote Services Specialist translates the commercial requirements of the clients into economic and technical proposals that contemplate the scope and designs of the solutions that will be presented to the clients. Its function is essential for the sale and attraction of new clients that allow improving the Revenue and GP of the corporation.

What you will be doing:
Your typical day as a Toshiba Solution Des. Specialist will involve:

- Work effectively with the sales area to define the commercial and technical requirements and translate them into a functional and technical implementation to propose solutions that create commercial value and Revenue for the Company
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales of Services, Prices, Costs and Parts Warehouse, 2nd level Support and Purchasing areas to obtain value propositions for our clients
- Work together with the rest of the team in the response to the RFP/RFI process
- Support the generation of support prices for new Toshiba products that are not included in the warranty catalog
- Prepare and/or expose effective commercial presentations to clients where the value of the services we offer is highlighted
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Manage customer requirements and expectations effectively

Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of
- Industrial Engineering / Bachelor of Administration
- Preferably with process certifications such as PM, ITIL, ISO, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Performance analysis in Support Service projects with a special focus on financial analysis, preferably in the Retail industry.
- Financial knowledge: management of the price structure of Services and Financial Statements.
- Entrepreneurial behavior, broad sense of responsibility and compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal and/or external clients
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent Orthography
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Creative, committed and focused on achieving results

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent command of Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines
- Leadership and management of work teams
- Establishment of priorities and monitoring of them
