The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.**How You’ll Find Success**Within the Finance Shared Services team, we have several openings across the Billings Team, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable team.This team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. Our team is key for ensuring the accuracy of company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting, and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.**How You’ll Grow**- Lead with Influence: Develop your leadership skills, inspiring and motivating within your team.- Expand Your Horizons: Gain exposure to diverse work cultures and global business practices.- Become a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and contribute to Qualtrics' overall success.- Make a Lasting Impact: Leave a legacy of positive change, shaping the future of work for Qualtrics employees worldwide.- As a founding member of the Finance Shared Services Center Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company.**Things You’ll Do**- Manage the billing cycle for all of our new business- Review sales opportunities to verify contracts and quotes, ensuring they are accurate and complete- Manages finance cases requested by the sale organization on individual sales opportunities- Partner with sales representatives who close deals- Partner with other sale support groups including Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Data Teams and Onboarding- Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements- Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses- Assist the QFSS Qualtrics Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues and dispute cases- Participate in monthly close process- Provide periodic key performance indicator updates to the senior management- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments- Own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency- Support the training of new team members- Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects- Contact for external and internal auditors- Billing Systems Proficiency: Experience with enterprise billing and invoicing systems, with a preference for knowledge of NetSuite/Salesforce.- Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the billing cycle for new business.- Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in t
