**ERP Implementation Finance Specialist**

Nefab is in the beginning of a large transformation project with the change of ERP-platform to Infor Cloud suite and the ERP-system named Infor M3. To efficiently implement this new platform on all Nefab companies globally we are looking for ERP implementation specialists within the area of operation (manufacturing, logistics, sourcing), sales and finance.

Nefab intends to invest in several implementation teams across three regions (Europe, America, and Asia) to bridge the relationship between the central ERP-team and the local companies. You will introduce the new platform to the companies and then be part of the implementation.

This includes, but is not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
**During the project**:

- Presenting/demonstrating the platform and its solutions
- Lead and facilitate workshops and trainings
- Secure accurate data transfer from legacy system to the new ERP Platform
- Mapping existing finance ERP vs New ERP
- Document deviations/gaps and present to the central ERP team
- Execute testing to secure local needs are met with central solution
- Be the group representative on site
- Be part of the change management process
- Working with the new ERP implementation team, the Finance specialist will lead the financial ERP implementation in Mexico
- Localize training documentation related to finance processes.

**At the end of the project**:

- Knowledge of ERP, General Accounting, AP, AR, Inventory, Manufacturing Orders, Purchasing, Sales, Pricing, Fixed assets, etc.
- Post implementation will be a chance to work as a Finance Manager.
- Knowledge of ISR, IVA, CFF, imports, exports applied to Mexican transactions
- Execute the final finance integration to the New ERP

**Profile**
- Public Accountant Degree
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are meriting
- Great attitude, flexibility, and mobility
- Strong communication skills and an ability to adjust the message to the receiver.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Orders
- ERP system implementation.

**Información adicional**
- Salary between 45,000 a 50,000 + bono mensual de puntualidad y asistencia del 20%
- Benfits above law: Saving Fund, Food coupons, Health Insurance, Christmas bonus 30 days
- At the end of the project the person will have a permanent position in finance.
