Join our global team of 3,000+ professionals**Compensation****Position Summary**:Finance manager in the Consumables organization that will be responsible for Contract Manufacturing finance, global Engineering financial reporting and Operations functions. Responsibilities will include monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting responsibilities. The role will report to the Director of Operations Finance and will have many cross functional relationships across the organization. This roll will work cross functionally across multiple business organizations and have responsibility for direct reports.**Position Responsibilities**:Finance Manager for Contract Manufacturing, Global Engineering and Operations functions.- Contract Manufacturing monthly volume, revenue, and margin reporting.- Prepare monthly reports on Contract Manufacturing volumes and variances versus forecast.- Contract Manufacturing annual planning and forecasting responsibilities.- Prepare and review business cases related to new business opportunities or customer contract changes.- Work cross-functionally with other finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams.- Engineering annual planning and forecasting responsibilities.- Engineering monthly financial reporting for projects and cost centers.- Prepare and review business cases related to new engineering projects.- Business unit SG&A monthly reporting and budget consolidation.- Responsible for Power BI financial reports monthly.- Manage business unit consolidated management reporting process.- Manage Contract Manufacturing and Engineering master data.- Manage finance responsibilities for Operations functions spanning across multiple functions and departments.**Required Skills & Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.- 8+ years of related work experience in Finance analysis and forecasting.- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.- Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Spanish with the ability to effectively interpret and report on financial performance of results.- Strong excel skills, ERP skills, data analytics and architecture.- Data query experience- Experience collaborating with global teams.- Must be able to manage relationships with senior business leaders.- Must be able to lead teams to effectively accomplish business goals.- Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days at office & 2 days at home).**Desired Skills**:- SAP experience.- 2+ year of manger experience.- Master’s degree desired- Power BI experience.**Carestream is an Equal Opportunity Employer**Carestream is an equal opportunity organization.
