**What you’ll do**:We seek a Technical Analyst to join our team of technical experts who provide enterprise system support and consulting expertise to our customers. We seek a self-starter, who can solve problems independently and interact directly with customers. We are seeking talent that is motivated, passionate and enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging environment.

- Comprehend and analyze financial data in order to build, execute, and own planning and forecasting models
- Develop implementation plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
- Operate between various environments from on-premise to cloud with the appropriate tools
- Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
- Lead client-facing sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements. Document requirements in the form of use cases
- Design and implement process improvements
- Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed. Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
- Organize and contribute to a system that allows growth
**What you will bring to the team**:

- Knowledge of Database Management System concepts, and business models
- Academic finance/accounting background and/or exposure to SAP FICO, foundational knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, and Bolt-Ons) concepts, and business models is a plus
- Knowledge of SOA and/or SAAS concepts, and business technology models is a plus
- Bachelor of Science - Technical degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Systems or Engineering background
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated learner eager to expand current knowledge and learn new skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a desire to ‘break new ground and innovate'
- Courage, persistence and a cool head under pressure
- Desire to travel nationally and internationally
- Language skills are a huge benefit as we are an international company with international clients: Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Italian
