**What are the most common activities?**

In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

- ** Reviews all staffing needs daily, monthly and by forecast.**:

- ** Responsible for all employee training.**:

- ** Interfaces with HR on all staffing issues for all three shifts.**:

**What do you need?**

To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’ of science or Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Ten (10) years of proven experience in **Extrusion product manufacturing.**:

- Strong leadership, team building, organizational development, coaching and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills.
- Excited to be hands on, working with the production team on continuous improvement, process optimization, and process development projects. Driven with a high internal standard for personal and facility performance.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance production. Works well with ambiguity.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with subordinates, peers and higher levels of management. Effective in working within a highly matrixed organization.
- Highly motivated, results oriented with the ability to work independently, under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines.
- Holds self and others to a high standard of personal and facility performance.
